Return Policy

Suzy Perette is a boutique business.

Dresses typically ship 1-2 days after an order is processed. If you require immediate or overnight service, please call 1 (844) PER-ETTE or email directly with the order number. We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of receipt of goods: unworn, undamaged, with tags, receipt and in original packaging. All returns require an authorization code.

To apply for a return, please email Hello@SuzyPerette.com to receive an authorization code. Upon approval of return, your original payment will be refunded, minus shipping fees. Please be advised, if the item does not qualify for a return or refund, you will be contacted.

Returns gladly accepted within seven days of purchase; unworn, with tags, receipt and original packaging. There is a 10% restocking fee because of our private show donations.
